Contract Manufacturing Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be met prior to Washington Homeopathic Products manufacturing your product:

  • Formula is provided and active ingredients can be sourced.*
  • Customer approvals are received for the quote.
  • 50% payment of the total cost is received (the remaining 50% is due when your product is ready to ship in addition to shipping/freight costs).

Once the above conditions are met, lead-time will be six (6) to eight (8) weeks depending upon the complexity of the project.

  • The active ingredients in the formula must be listed in the HPUS - Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States
  • Washington Homeopathic Products will source the active ingredients if necessary
  • If requested, Washington Homeopathic Products will provide a signed non-disclosure document to ensure your formulas and certain aspects of your products are held in strict confidence

Washington Homeopathic Products will provide a quote for the work required, which will be valid for 60 days.  Once the quote is approved, an invoice will be provided.

A 50% payment is required prior to beginning the project.  Once the 50% is received, Washington Homeopathic Products will initiate ordering of active ingredients.

  • The project will be placed on the manufacturing schedule when 50% payment is received. 
  • At the time the project is scheduled for manufacture, customers are given a delivery date with a lead-time of six (6) to eight (8) weeks
