Customers who have purchased Washington Homeopathic Products (WHP) products from a retail store or online re-seller other than WHP are asked to return the product to the original place of purchase and adhere to their return policy.
If you have made a purchase directly from Washington Homeopathic Products and would like to return a product, call 800-336-1695 and speak with a Customer Service Representative. All returns must be pre-approved by a Customer Service Representative and the request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Customer must pay for the shipping cost of all returned products, except when it is a confirmed shipping/packing, manufacturing or customer service error.
Upon our receipt of your returned package, you will receive a credit (to the original form of payment) of the initial purchase price less a 25% handling fee. Credit will not include any shipping charges incurred on the original order.
Credit may only be given for re-saleable/re-stockable products returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice (books up to a maximum of 10 days). The following products are not eligible for credit:
Products with the tamper-evident seal broken or missing.
Products with price tags/stickers affixed or soiled labels/boxes.
Books not in mint condition.
All claims for shortages, manufacturing, customer service errors or shipping damage must be made within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Please unpack and inspect shipment for damage promptly upon receipt. If product or packaging is damaged, all shipping containers and packing materials must be held for inspection at the option of the delivery carrier. Non-receipt of items sent to overseas addresses will be non-refundable.
